Description: **12/20 before 12pm** Unable to open
attached PDF in email

She said that all of the sudden she is having
trouble opening attached pdfs in emails and it is
asking her to download different things including
a font package. She said they used to open
normally. Tried different browsers but it's still
doing the same thing.
