back in

Apple has finished fixing the problem and we are
ready to deliver your ipad back to you. when would

Picked up the iPad and hand it over to John. We
probably have to call Apple for that cos it is
locked on his Apple ID, and he did not remember
the ID.

Hello,

Our office iPad (v20150013) has had the account
locked for security reasons. We attempted a reset,
but that didn't work, and the password recovering
emails aren't coming to our office account. Could
you please have someone take a look?

It is located in Advising Center 103 in a kiosk stand.
