Hi Julie,

I need some additional information regarding service 
request #70659

Description: *1/3 10:30-12* windows 10 update 

I just wanted to make sure that everything saved locally has 
been backed up, including bookmarks. When we upgrade to 
Windows 10 we wipe the whole machine. Is there specially 
software on this machine?
