Hi Bradley,
Tomorrow (Weds) between 1:30-2:30 pm would be a good 
time.  If that doesn't work for you, let me know what your 
Friday looks like and I can wait until then.  Also, I 
remembered that I also had the "pro" version of Adobe on 
my computer.  Not sure of the exact name, but I use it to 
edit PDFs which I can't do with the free version.

I talked to her and we decided to go ahead and just reimage 
it to Windows 10 to fix the issues. The BIOS updates made 
Windows 7 unbootable.
