Drum and toner cartridge are both bad. The drum 
cartridge is the original one that came with 
the machine back in 2013. I let her know she 
can buy both new parts but with the rubber part 
broken its not 100% chance, it will fully fix 
the issue. She also asked for suggests on a new 
printer.

There was a piece of rubber that broke into the 
machine. I pulled it out and it is printing. 
The prints are very light. I looked at the drum 
and it's about four years old. Going to test it 
and see if that needs replacing.

keeps telling them the toner is low but they've 
changed it twice and still doesn't print / gives 
them error
