When I open New Equipment Setup Request types they don't send out emails like the general tasks do. The UCS techs have the station and are imaging it and the task is high priority in their list. I asked that they get you the station setup by Friday so they should be contacting you soon to arrange for the delivery. I will let them know you were inquiring about the status of it.
