Hi Ken,

Tomorrow sounds good. Do you by any chance have 
a time frame? This way I can make sure I am 
here. If not I will put the laptop in our 
outgoing box and note in the SR on what needs 
to be done before you leave our office.

Hi Ken,

Your laptop is all ready to go. All we need to 
do is hardwire you in for your first log in. 
Give you admin rights and I will need to add 
your copier code to both copiers within your 
profile after you log in. 

If you have an active ethernet port with your 
office I can deliver this to you. If not I will 
need you to come to pick it up from our office 
so we can hardwire you in.

Let me know what your thoughts.

Hi Ken,

Your Mac laptop has been sent back to us and I 
am pretty much done setting it up. Did you have 
any printers set up on this machine beforehand 
and if so which ones? Once I get the printers 
installed the printer is all yours to take. You 
can either pick it up or I can drop it off to 
you. Either way works for me.
