Hardware testing came back fine, did windows
updates and system updates. The machine seems fine.

reseeded the battery, doing hardware testing now.
After reseeding the battery the laptop turned on
like normal.

on stand up desk with blue sticky note, looks like it may need to be 
serviced by dell

Laptop won't turn on, she said she charged it for 
30 minutes and nothing happens.
