A setting with PDF was switched to format instead 
of document. Changed it back and it prints normal 
now.

The issue is with printing things to the 
copier. She has a meeting roughly from 3-4. 
Would you be able to come by after that? You 
might check with me before heading over to make 
sure she's out of the meeting and that her 
office is available.

Hi Reina,

I have received the SR you called in for Ana's 
printing issue. I have a meeting today until 3 
PM. If I came by after my meeting would that 
work for her? Probably around 3:15.

Also, Do you know if this is to your copier or 
the HP printer?

Ana in AD 207 is having issues printing, when she 
prints she only gets a blank piece of paper. She 
will be back her office later this afternoon
