CM,

I did hardware testing on your laptop and found
that your hard drive is failing. Do you have files
saved locally or bookmarks? The machine is working
temporarily but not well. It will need to go into
Dell. With that being said, if they find liquid
damage or accidental damage Dell will not cover
the cost. They will contact me if that is an issue
and we can move forward from there.

I will call Dell this afternoon, normally we get a
box from them the next day, I will wait to ship
out your laptop until I hear from you.

She says she has been trying to log on to her
laptop for 30 minutes and the screen keeps going
black and turning off and on. She is not sure what
is happening. She is located in RWEC 213.
