Hi Sarah,

A while back we talked about re-imaging some of
your student stations. I was wondering if your now
ready for that. All files stored locally on the
computer will be lost so please make sure all your
students have everything they need off those pcs.
I believe we were going to start with the one on
the left (W20160977). If its ready I will come by
and get that started for you.

They are having issues with Cute PDF and Meeting 
Matrix.

They are trying to 'print' documents from the 
Meeting Matrix software into a pdf.  That is 
the printer name/program that they print to.  
It is computer number 20160977[Edit Inv].  Thank you.

Hi Sarah,

Can I please get the WOU number of the machine 
that is having issues with. One thing I was to 
clarify is that CutePDF is not a real printer. 
This is a free software that converts things 
into PDF file. I may need more information on 
what they are trying to do.

Hello,

I wasn't sure if I should make this request to 
one of you or both of you.  Please let me know 
for the future, what I should do.  

One of our student computers in Student 
Engagement has been having trouble accessing 
the printers in the office.  My two student 
workers have both had trouble printing to the 
CutePDF printer.  Could you please look into 
this for me and let me know if there's 
something I need them to adjust so that they 
can continue processing their work at that 
computer.  Thank you!
