I need some additional information regarding
service request #70923

Description: *1/17* Blue Coding Screen Error

I am checking to know if you are still having the
issue with keyboard and mice not responding on
time when connected to the dock-station.

Work with her on this but another issue surface
about the Mice and Keyboard not active on time
when ever she puts back her machine on the dock
station.

Hello,

The below picture shows an issue that has been 
happening regularly to my computer. You all 
recently updated my computer to solve another 
issue and perhaps this is a side effect. I have 
noticed that it happens when I start out with 
my computer docked and then take it to a 
meeting and try to get it running again.

It shuts down and then seems to restart without 
issue.
