Hi Shina, 

I have a feeling that the machine will need to be
upgraded because I often get a pop-up message that
my Microsoft is not updated and I cannot update
it.  I often get the rainbow beach ball when the
machine is slow.  

Speaking of schedule - Thursday morning seems to
work for me as I will be on campus but not
directly involved in meetings or classes. I can
bring my laptop to work on my stuff while the
office computer is being worked on.  Would
Thursday morning work for you?  I'll be in many
meetings in the afternoon.

Hi Shina, 

Thanks for getting back to me.  Today is not good
since I have meetings from 11 to 6 PM today where
I need to use the computer.   I wonder if it is
possible for you to work on the computer without
needing me in the office?  I am on campus quite a
bit this week but not often in my office.  Let me
know if that will work for you.

Hi Shina, 

I am often in and out of the office quite a bit 
so it would work best if I know exactly what 
time you stop by ahead of time so that I make 
sure to stay in my office :)    

Next week I am available:  

Mon Feb 4th 11 to Noon
Tues Feb 5th 9 to 11:30 AM  or 2 to 3:30 PM
Thurs Feb 7th  9 to Noon 

Let me know what time would work best so that I 
can book the time into my schedule and make 
sure that I stay in my office.

Jan 23rd: 12:30 to 1PM  (I'll be in meeting 
down the hall from 2 to 5 if this timeframe 
work best)
Jan 24th:  9 to 1PM 

Does one of these work? 

I also wanted to mention that I also noticed I 
am unable to upgrade the Microsoft bundle 
(Word, Excel, PPT, etc) on my Mac - not sure if 
that is connected to the slow speed issue.
