****This is an email****I will be in the office at 7am on Monday 
(offsite today) sharp. I think I have version 24 and therefore need 
to go to 25.

If I explode my computer, I will call UCS at 8 sharp for help. LOL. 
Otherwise I should be ok to do it. I did before on my own computer 
at home using just new codes so I should be able to reproduce 
this magnificent feat. But you never know with me.

    Yes, if those are the versions you have installed then just enter 
the corresponding auth code per title to renew the license.  If you 
have an older version(this affects SPSSS and AMOS mostly) the 
auth code won't work as they are version specific.  In the case of 
an older version installed you can either install the new version 
using the download link or you can ask me to generate an auth 
code for the specific version you are currently using. 

    I do see now that you have Service Request #70952 scheduled.  
I was going from the purchase request order#10977 and we just 
received the license information this morning.  If you are good to 
just enter auth code let me know, otherwise I will make sure the 
techs can get to your license info in or Software Library for the 
scheduled date in SR70952.
