Hello!

We received a loaner (20130849) while our other
computer is being repaired. However, our loaner
will work completely fine but then it will
restart without warning while the computer is
being used. So if our officers don't save what
they are working on every ten minutes they
could lose their work. Can we get a different
loaner when you guys have a minute? Anytime
will work for us!

Thank you,
Kevin Thibeault

The fan in the battery of the machine was the one
making noise. The battery needs to be replaced.

We might need to go for warranty on this one. I
have done stress test on this and load test, as
well as updating the BIOS but it still have the
fun issue. It comes and go.

After doing the load test and updating windows it
works fine. I opened it up check the fan rotation
and did diagnostics and no issues.

I think Warranty is the best option.

****This is an email****
Good afternoon,

About a month or two ago our computer upstairs
(20160946) started to have a very loud buzzing
noise from the fan. It's a constant noise and
it seems to be getting louder. A UCS student
worker came by and took a look at it, they
installed a program that was supposed to get
rid of that noise. Unfortunately, the noise is
still happening. Can someone come and take
another look at this when you have a moment?

Thank you,
Kevin Thibeault
