Checked her computer but it seems weird with ROP
issue is related to the Microsoft EMET which is
more like a security measure for Windows. I think
it basically has to do with her profile as there
was not much saved on the desktop.

did BIOS update and also, delete her profile. She
complain that her machine is slow.

Once she logged in tomorrow, she should be able to
work smoothly. I asked her to call us for update.

Jen has been getting pop ups on her computer 
all day, saying "ROP Exploit prevented" from 
Sophof EndPoint. Her computer has also been 
running really slow. She would like this done 
before the end of the day
