Hi HelpDesk Folks,
I am having problems with my Mac #20161072[Edit Inv] in HSS
209. It might be that I need to update from
MacOS Sierra ver. 10.12.6 to whatever is current
and stable.

My problems include:
not being able to find my public folder on the
server (instead of the folder there is a file
named public_html that is an exec file)
and instability when I am looking at files on my
H drive -- sometimes I will see all the files in
a subfolder and sometimes it will be an
abbreviated list
I understand from a Mac-user colleague that you
prefer to do the update yourselves. I would
welcome your help.
Thanks,
Robin Smith
