I was told that Jordan Jamestown turned in 
20091135[Edit Inv] to the office about two/three months 
ago. The computer with swelling battery is 
getting replaced, SR 73146. The current desktop 
is getting replaced and is going to Wes Pifer.

Hi Wes ,

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #71074

Description: Mac Update

I'm Katherine from UCS. I'm trying to get into 
contact with a coach in men's basketball. I'm 
trying to do inventory on all the computers being 
used within the department. I understand the team 
is in and out of the office because it is scouting 
season. I would also be able to update and help 
with any issues you may be having. If we can 
schedule a time to do this, it would be 
appreciated.

I took inventory on the computers they had in 
the office, it was Wes Pifer W#20090819[Edit Inv] with 
W#20091373[Edit Inv]
Jordan's office had W#20150790[Edit Inv] and W#20150717[Edit Inv]. 
I noticed that 20150790[Edit Inv] front where the 
keyboard is popped open.

This needs Mac OS updates to at least 10.12 or higher. It is 
running unsupported Mac OS.
