Description: Mac Update

We need to update your laptop's OS to 10.12 or 
higher due to security reasons. When is a good 
time and date for a UCS Tech to visit you office 
and complete this task.

This needs Mac OS updates to at least 10.12 or higher. It is 
running unsupported Mac OS.
