Yes, we do have a tech scheduled to be here at 
that time so I have created service request 
ticket #71088 for him to come out and work on 
this. We will give you a call if for some reason

Hi,

I have a student / research assistant work 
station in APSC 501. The PC is 20101223[Edit Inv].

1. The PC needs to have some programs updated 
and/or added, but I don't think I have 
administrative access.

Program to be updated:
Zotero standalone (desktop). The version on the 
PC is not current, and my research assistant 
needs it for our work.

Programs to be added:
Notepad++    https://notepad-plus-plus.org/
This is pretty widely used program, so I don't 
see a problem adding it
Antconc     
http://www.laurenceanthony.net/software/antconc/
Sarant       
http://www.laurenceanthony.net/software/sarant/
both of the later are programs that UCS has 
already added to the PCs in ITC 003 for my Corpus 
Linguistics class, so there should be no issue 
with adding them to this pc as well.
