Charger was partially 
plugged into the 
dock. Message saying 
the charger is the 
wrong charger for the 
laptop. Cleared the 
message and rebooted 
the machine. 
Everything is working 
fine.

Getting a black screen with error whenlogging on, 
says something about power wattage. She had the 
same issue with her other computer and is now 
getting it on the loaner mentioned she thinks it 
could be the docking station
