Hey gino. Can you take the TONER out of the loaner
printer Xerox Phaser 3250 on the loaner shelf and
bring it to Aaron Easts printer to test wether a
new toner fixes the printing problems hes having?
if it works we have toners he can buy with his
INDEX number. Shandelle can help you with that.

Hey bro this is all good to go, the computer has been imaged, I gave 
him admin rights, John said something about some of his old stuff 
was put on a flash drive? That's all it needs.

I went into safe mode and could see that the OS 
made a new profile for Aaron.  The laptop 
continues to BSOD noticably on quiting 
applications or logging off.  I was able to 
backup files off his desktop, and favorites to 
Peters flash drive.  Peter was going to call 
Aaron and follow up with him.
