It is currently upgrading from 10.12 to 10.14, it will take a while 
because it completely switch file systems, I will keep checking on it.

ticket #71210 was created for one our techs to
work on your laptop, I believe they are just
finishing updates today and will have it ready.

He dropped of his laptop to us two weeks ago.
Needs to be returned to him today or tomorrow. I
emailed asking him for his availability, will
update when he responds
