Connected his printer to the network. He can now 
print.

The USB on the printer is no longer working. I 
tried installing it on multiple machines and I 
ran a firmware update. Something on the board 
is bad. It still can be networked which is what 
he would like me to do on Friday.

He is up and running with printing. The machine 
is showing a network error even tho this 
machine is local. Does not cause any issue 
printing. I am going to make loop back and see 
if that will make it go away.
