Nevermind lol, they only have one license, her and Dona share it so 
when we restart the licensing servers we are just kicking one of them 
off

To fix AutoCAD we just had to restart the licensing servers, we had to 
do this barely a week ago so maybe we're having problems? I told her 
if it happens again then just to let us know and we can do it remotely

In order to fix the Trane Trace software issue you have to show 
hidden folders then go to the C drive, then go to the previously 
hidden version of program files, then go to the FLEXnet folder and 
delete every file that starts with trances_. When I was there I found 3 
files like that but I read you can find more. Once you delete those you 
reopen the program and activate it regularly!

that the Trane Trace software gives a storage 
error that it needs repaired.
