Both trays were extremely stuck. I still dont 
no why. No paper in either one. Took it apart 
and somehow got both to come out.

Tray 3 is still jamming. Giving them a tray 
from an old machine I have laying around.

Printer tray is saying it is empty, so they put 
paper in and now it wont open
