She says her computer has always been kind of 
slow but the last couple weeks it has gotten 
worse and sometimes app close on her before they 
get a chance to load, takes 30 seconds to close 
something. She was also wanting to know if she is 
eligible for an upgrade.

She would like someone to call tomorrow to 
confirm when they are coming
