Dell called the motherboard is toast, the part is
on back order until the end of April. They have
put in a request for a replacement laptop.

Hello, Help Desk. My machine's fan is running a
lot and Ryan Jennings mentioned that it might be
because programs might be running in the
background or auto starting and that you may be
able to help fix that?

I also am having problems with my laptop speakers.
The laptop speakers don't work when unhooked from
the dock and I'm wondering if you can find the issue?

My machine number is 20160900[Edit Inv].
