I looked and tried things on the HP that I 
found online. Nothing seemed to work. The 
machine is about 12 years old so it is past the 
end of its life span. I let her know all of 
this.

I re-installed outlook sync tool which fixed 
the sycn issue

I am so sorry I missed out appointment 
yesterday. I am unsure how I even did this. Had 
it on my calendar and everything.

Hi there,

I believe I still have an open ticket for a 
printer issue.  Can someone please help me?

 

I’m also having issues synching outlook so if 
someone can also help me with that I would 
appreciate it. 

 

I am not on campus all the time, so scheduling 
may work best.  I was here on Tuesday at 10am for 
an appointment, but the tech didn’t show up.

Tonya keeps getting a message on her computer 
saying that there is a carriage jam, but she 
cannot see one. She has done everything it asked 
and still not working.
