Hi Chris,
Ref 5 needed new feed rollers which I just came 
down and installed. They were extremely bare so 
I am 99% percent sure this was the cause of the 
jamming issue. Please let me know if the issue 
persists.

He said that it is jammed pretty bad again and this 
is the printer that techs have come out multiple 
times to fix. He wants someone to come check it 
out. They turned it off for now just to be safe.
