I went over there and she already had admin rights, she mentioned 
something about iTunes so installed that but I looked in her 
downloads and she tried downloading vlc so I left that open on the 
desktop as well

I am reaching out to ask how I can go about 
getting Administrative Rights on my computer for 
downloads?

Located in Room 212 in the WUC (MSSP Office), I
