I put in more rules in Sophos Central for it to not clean up these files 
again.
Sophos tried to do a restore on the files, but I don't know if it worked, 
so I'd check on it again.

Looks like Sophos saw it as a "potentially unwanted application" and 
automatically removed it. I've added a rule in Sophos so that it won't 
do that with this program again, but it will need to be reinstalled. 
Looks like it's on the T Drive.
