I need some additional information regarding 
service request #71582

Description: GFA SETUP: Dell Optiplex 
W#20171078[Edit Inv] and monitor W#20171164[Edit Inv] for 
RAINMASTER orig: no bootable device found. 

I emailed you earlier to schedule a data and 
time for delivery and set up of your computer. 
I apologize for the confusion but Megan 
notified me that she is still working on this 
ticket and needs to work with the company to 
get the software setup before delivery. A UCS 
Tech will contact you once this is finished. 
I'm sorry for the error and I hope you have a 
good rest of your day.

Your new equipment is ready for delivery. When is 
a good date and time for a UCS Tech to visit your 
office and set up your new workstation? You 
should back up all of your personal files, 
favorites and bookmarks before the installation.

get upgraded for free to run with windows 10.
