Description: warranty **4/1 9-10**

Your charger cord and cpu have been fixed and are working. We are 
ready to deliver the laptop back to you. When would be a good date 
and time for a UCS Tech to visit your office and complete this task?

Took her charger to the office and plugged in her 
laptop. It is no longer beeping. Left on stand up 
desk for further diagnostics.

I Tested your cpu with another charger and there 
weren't any alerts beeping. Your charger may need 
to be replaced. When are you available for a UCS 
Tech to visit your office and pick up your 
charger?

Did SMC reset worked for like a week, the issue
resurfaced again. Did same thing and it did not work.

got back to me saying it worked fine.
