and then clear alerts.

Hi Megan,

I'm not sure what that is about, but I am happy to
have a tech stop by, as I actually have a couple
of other issues I'd like to address. I will be
here in my office today until 2pm and then again
from about 3:30 to 6:30pm. Otherwise, next week I

The alerts in Sophos just need to be cleared from the console on the 
machine.
