Turned off some startup apps and it is running 
faster.

cleaned out some temp files and cache.  The 
computer was running as fast as expected under 
my profile.  She was not in to test under her 
login.  I sent an email so we could check out 
the system with her logged in.  It might be a 
profile issue she is experiencing.

Kristin called saying that her computer has been 
running extremely slow. She is in her office until 
9:15 today, but will be here all day tomorrow.
