I need some additional information regarding 
service request #71695

Description: Loud fan/warm battery

When would be a good date and time for a UCS Tech 
to visit your office and troubleshoot this issue? 
In the event that a re image is needed, we will 
set you a loaner with acrobat and adobe cc. You 
will need to back up your personal files, 
bookmarks, and favorites as this will wipe the 
hard-drive. If you have any questions please 
contact us.

anymore

Terry came in saying his computer never 
connects to internet off campus. He came in and 
his battery is also very hot, fan is constantly 
running, and runs pretty slow especially off 
campus. Possibly something specific with fan or 
battery, might need a re image. Will need a 
loaner with acrobat, and adobe suites, Ext;
