Completed! He has his gmail account linked with
googel chrome, so when trying to open with WOU
email it is not seeing that instance, instead it
is seeing the gmail account. Also, the adobe suit
was working fine but asked him to keep an eye on
it. He is able to print now, the issue was with pin.

I recently had my computer updated.  I have 
Computer Number: 20171065[Edit Inv]

I have run into the following issues 
Opening Adobe Suite
Printing to Veronica on Krusty


I also recently notice that I was unable to 
open email links on the initial Portal Screen.  
I get an email stating mail.google.com refused 
to connect.
