Replaced motherboard. Re-imaged. Gave back to 
classroom support

The laptop will not turn on at all. Power and 
keyboard lights flash once when pushing the 
power button.

When the laptop is plugged into the charger the 
keyboard lights consistently flash on and off. 
The machine still will not turn on.

Put in a dispatch to Dell for a new 
Motherboard.
