She just called and said that it is still
redirecting to Yahoo and other ones...not really
sure why

Bau installed a free translator extension which was 
causing pop ups. Uninstalled and rebooted and the 
cpu is working correctly. Task complete

She called in again and said that all of these
pages keep opening and it is slowing up her work. 

Google to yahoo, etc.

Might have to get her a loaner so we can examine
more carefully here.
