Updates drivers and uninstall multiple software on
the machine. He did not want it upgrade. Deleted
cache and cookies. It is working fine now and i
asked him to keep an eye on it.

Working in his office he had his cpu freezing up
on him, and he would have to do a hard reboot. He
then went and grabbed his other cpu and plugged it
in and he is now having the same problem with that
computer as well.
