I have sent invite for this user to be an ADOBE NAMED USER, install 
the Adobe Desktop CC (unlicensed) and when setting up show them 
where to login with their Adobe ID pradhana@wou.edu that they created 
on accepting the email invite that was sent 5-29-2019
