Can one of you go to the DMC and see if you can find the computer? 
It may be named incorrectly (in inventory, the WOU number shows up 
as a monitor).

In AD, it says it's in HL DMC, so the library Digital Media Center.

Bradley looked in SCCM, it's definitely a lab machine (multiple 
students have logged into it) and it's been on as of today. The IP 
address is 140.211.112.230.

Nancy Ganson wasn't able to find the WOU# in inventory. The 
computer must be named wrong :(

Turns out Bonnie is using a personal laptop, and doesn't have this 
one anymore since she retired from TRI. Contacted Nancy Ganson 
from TRI to figure out who has the laptop now so we can update 
inventory and fix the Sophos issues on it.

I am now retired and using my laptop at home as my
main computer. I
have noticed that my email often has hiccups and
maybe this has
something to do with Sophos. Can I bring my laptop
in and wait for it
while you fix it?

We discovered that Sophos is not working properly

Please check on W20110129. Sophos won't check in with it correctly, 
so maybe run the Sophos troubleshooter on it.
