Hi, 
I picked up the laptop today. The apple stuff 
is syncing now! The keyboaard is a bit better 
than it was before, but is still typing 
multiple a's occaasionally, as you caan 
probably see. 

Here's an example:

pick up the laptop, and she is having issue with
syncing her calendar with iTune.

I could come in around 10:15 tomorrow (Thursday),
does that work?
The other issue I’ve been having is that I can’t
sync my iCal- it won’t let me log into my own
Apple ID fully. I tried every problem-solving
suggestion I could find, but no luck. I think it
has something to do with the permissions. It was
working when I got the computer, but stopped last
summer- like when a a campus update was pushed
through.

Hi Shina,
I'm sorry I haven't brought in my laptop yet. I've
had a hard time backing up my documents on my
computer. My external hard drive has not been
functioning properly, and I've ordered a new one.
Hopefully I can recover everything from the last
hard drive also. Is it okay if I bring in my
laptop for repair on Monday morning, and get the
loaner computer at the same time?

Jodie came in saying that the keyboard on her 
laptop has gotten worse over the past few 
months, as he a and e keys don't work.

For a loaner she would need micorsoft suite, 
adobe acrobat, and photoshop. Get in contact 
with her once the loaner is ready so her broken 
one can be picked up
