Hi Michele,

I ran all the diagnostics tests on your machine 
and it came back good. Since everything came 
back good I wanted to try a new image on the 
machine. The machine is all done with getting a 
new image and now we just need you to use it 
and see if the issue still occurs.

Is there a good day and time I can bring back 
your machine?

Michele came back in and said her machine is
crashing again. Sounds like Shandelle is prepping
a loaner.

Run windows update and update bios as well. There
was a critical error on the system part of event
viewer that has to do with Kernel(Power
Management). I think updating BIOS should fix that.
