I need some additional information regarding 
service request #72042

Description: GFA SETUP: 13in MacBook Pro 
W#20180645[Edit Inv] to Admin 202 for R. Winningham

Your new equipment setup is ready to be 
delivered 
to you. When is a good date and time for a UCS 
tech to visit your office and set this up. Your 
personal files will not be transferred to your 
new 
machine. You will need to back up your personal 
files and favorites before we do the set up.
