Hi Megan,

I tried to update flash and I came up with an 
error.  I am a part-time employee and I am here 
from 10-2 most days.  I really need to get this 
updated so I can prepare ticketing for an event 
this weekend.

Would it be possible to have a tech come out 
tomorrow (5/8) morning?  I am in NPE room 115.
