Hello, 

Just wondering when i'll get a new computer? I am 
still using a UCS loaner computer for the last 
couple of weeks. I have not heard whether they 
were able to fix my old computer or if i'll get a 
replacement? Let me know.

It has to do with her profile but i logged in on
her profile and re-installed a new one.

Firefox was crashing. Removed that one and

Hello, 

Unfortunately I was not in my office last 
Tuesday when UCS came to swap out a loaner and 
take my computer to see if it nees fixing. 

I'm continuing to have problems. Now it's 
firefox that crashes every time I try to open 
the browser. Doesn't matter what I do. I 
switched to chrome for the time being but i'd 
like the options to use both browsers. 

I am here in my office most of today between 
12-5pm. Thanks!

It is seeing OS version 10.14.4 on Jamf but if you
could run the prime to update the version on jamf.
That could be one of the reason why is slow.

quicktime. I can't think of anything else right

Lyra,

We are going to have someone come out and re-
image your computer, and see if that solves the 
problem! In that time though, we will set up a 
loaner for you. What programs would you need on 
the loaner? And what would be the best time to 
have someone drop the loaner off and take the 
computer for a re-image?

Hello, 

Even after having UCS come out and do upgrades 
twice, i'm still having issues with my desktop 
in my office. It takes forever for programs to 
open. For instance, I want to open word 
document it takes a few minutes to open (with 
the rainbow of death spinning). Same happens 
for excel, powerpoint, and other programs. It 
also happens when I try to save documents or 
print something. At times, the programs will 
quit all of a suddenly or take a long time to 
finally allow me to print. 

I have had this computer for a while, at least 
a few years I believe. Maybe time for a new 
one? 
I'm in RWEC 151 and the desktop # is 20141297[Edit Inv].
