The toner was a free one which the machine will 
only take so many free toners.

Kimberly says that a tech came by earlier 
(didn't know who) and tried to add ink to the 
printer. They couldn't do it, but someone else 
figured it out. Now there is an error saying to 
remove the ink, but if they do there will be no 
blue ink.
