Check event-viewer and there was nothing on there,
we only find tow critical instances that has to do
with Kernel and i think they user probably hard
power the machine and that might be the reason for
the unexpected shutdown.  

I logged in fine and then run windows update,
informed Kevin that it would have been more
helpful if user is on site to know what he was
doing wrong.

Hello,

An officer reported today that their computer 
upstairs keeps logging them out. They were 
logging into the computer and locked their 
computer when they went to a call and when they 
returned the computer had logged them out. This 
is the second time it has been reported so I 
was hoping someone can take a look whenever you 
guys have time!
